I've had such headaches lately. Wondering if it's the stress of the holidays coming, if I'm sleeping wrong, maybe it's the weather?! Today is an all over the head kind of headache. I tried drinking some Pepsi in case it was a lack of caffeine headache and that didn't help. I think I might have slept funny last night because my neck kind of hurts too.

Ok, so first it was my ankle killing me, which is still very swollen by the way. Now yesterday my left knee started hurting and is now swollen. Is it arthritis maybe? Do your joints swell when you have arthritis? I don't even know. I should have iced it last night but didn't. Maybe sometime today I will if I have a chance.
