It's just not working for me. So, I think I'm going to take what I have left of the food, which is alot, and see if I can sell it on Craig's List or Ebay. The food is tasty enough. I only found a few things that tasted foul. I'm just not in the mindset for it right now. I think I'd much rather do Weight Watchers on my own and count points. At least then I can eat what I want in moderation.

doesn't know which way to go. One day I'm doing NS the entire day. The next half the day and the next not at all. I thought I might just do it once we got back from Jax up until the cruise. But that's not going to happen I can see already. Hopefully I can lose some weight before then...knowing that on the cruise I WILL gain some back on between the food and drink. I'm doomed. My body is just not happy right now.

I started getting back on track yesterday with doing NutriSystem but that only lasted through 3pm. I had a NS breakfast, lunch and snack but come dinner time we weren't home so we ate dinner out at The Winner's Grill. I of course HAD to have their wings and when you order one beer, you get one free. How can you pass that up? So, there's always today to get back on track right? Although, the kids and I are going to Busch Gardens after lunch so dinner will again be a non NS meal. Maybe I can find some kind of a salad there?

this week have been terrible. We had a BBQ here last Saturday and since then I've been off the Nutri System and eating regular food. I'm sure I gained any of the 3.4 pounds that I lost....back. I haven't actually been eating too badly. Back to skipping breakfast and eating a tiny lunch and then dinner. So I'm not snacking in between which is good right? This coming Saturday we're going to The Melting Pot for dinner so I'm wondering if I should just wait until next week to start back up on NS.

I got back on track today with NS. I noticed when I eat food on my own, as in pick the food out myself (not using NS) I feel awful. The days that I follow the NS plan, I feel great!!!! Seriously, no joking!!!! I weighed myself this morning too to find I've lost 3.4 pounds since starting it on Monday. Yay me!
I decided I won't bore you all with what I ate for the day. I already have it listed in my online diary at the NS site so that works for me. I just feel so much better that I'm actually doing something instead of complaining how fat I feel and doing nothing about it. Wednesday, May 23

I didn't stick to the NS system plan today. I went out to Panera Bread to meet a friend for coffee and had a bagel with cream cheese. Came home and had 4 buffalo wings for lunch along with some regular coke. Then dinner was 2 pieces of pizza. Oh well. As long as I get back on track tomorrow I'll be ok.

and it was actually quite good. There was only one thing I ate that tasted like paper bags. That was the soy nacho chips. Blech. Luckily I only had one bag of those to eat so I don't have to endure those again. If I decide to do this for another month I think I ight pick my own food next time. I'm going to keep track of what I like and what I don't like for future reference.

I got all my food today to start Nutri System! I'm psyched to be starting it. I need to lose like 12 pounds until I'm happy. I went through the box a bit and some of the foods like really good. I got one free week too so I'm set for over a month. Sean was going to do it too but right now we don't have the money. Plus, it's so much easier for him to lose weight then me. Which isn't fair but is just how it goes.
I'm not starting the plan until Monday. We've got a weekend filled with hamburgers/hot dogs, munchies, subs and beer so I better wait to start. |
