Have you heard about this yet? The Alzheimer's Memory Walk is the nation's largest event to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's care, support and research. There are walks going on all over the country. There's one here in Orlando actually in the beginning of October and because this is a cause that is so near and dear to my heart I've seriously thought about walking in it. But I'm not sure that I can right now because of the weekend it's on. I did see that there is going to be one here in Tampa October of 2008 so if I don't do it this year, I definitely will next.
