"I finally took my head out of the sand and freed up my nostrils and filled them with good, clean air, and that good clean air was called Doing Something for Someone Else." -Norma Jean McKeldin, diagnosed age 39

View Article  Online golf lessons?
I still have to get one more thing for Sean and I'm clueless as to what to get him. I mean, come on, he already has everything being he's got a beauiful wife and three wonderful kids right? ;)

Every year I get him a certain number of things and I need one more. He likes playing golf so I started doing some online searches to see what I could get him golf wise. He's already got clubs and golf balls and tees, etc. I thought about a gift certificate to a golf club but then I thought against that - it seems so impersonal. And then I found it: online golf lessons. He's already got the golf games for the computer, but now he could do golf lessons at Twominutegolfpro.com. That's perfect! He doesn't have the time for in person lessons now that soccer season has started so this works great! He can go and do them at anytime, day or night, 24/7. With it he'll get personalized golf instruction, swing techniques, golf tips, suggestions and more. The next time he goes to play golf with Tristan or friends he'll no longer be loosing his golf balls in the ponds or the woods!

View Article  Pink Ribbon stuff for dogs!
Yes, you read that right. I was online looking for stuff to get Knoxie for Christmas, (yes, Santa brings stuff for the doggie too) and I found a website that sells Pink Ribbon dog products. I think that's so cool. And being Knoxie is a girl that's fitting! They have stuff from pink ribbon leashes to harnesses to collars and collar charms. They even have a pink ribbon engraved pet ID tag. I'd buy the collar for her but she's still a puppy just yet and is still in that chewing everything stage so I think I'll wait until she gets a bit older. We've already been through 4 leashes and about 2-3 collars. I like though how 15% of the net proceeds from each pink ribbon purchase is donated to Susan G. Komen For The Cure!
