Are you or someone you know at risk for sudden Cardiac Arrest? If so you need to go and check out this website at insidecardiacarrest.com. It's a website designed to help get people informed about the dangers to everyone when it comes to cardiac arrest. It gives you information on the risk factors for SCA (sudden cardiac arrest) and also shows what you kinds fo questions you should be asking your physician. They have two very informative videos on their site that I highly recommend you watch. One is about Sudden Cardiac Arrest and the other is about the human heart. The videos aren't that long but are full of information everyone should know!

I'm done shopping except for 2 more little things for stockings! The last of my Christmas cards went out yesterday, I made my last stop to the post office today for mailing gifts, I got the kids teachers gifts today - I am done! I have a splitting headache so I can't wait to go and lie down for an hour before the kids get home but I'm psyched that I'm done!
