I've been really bad lately when it comes to working out. I haven't done anything at all this new year like I had wanted to. I have been eating better though so that has to account for something right? I had plans to wake up early and either walk on my treadmill or do a workout tape and I just haven't been able to get up early enough yet. And today I felt like crap so today was not a day to start. I'm still feeling pretty rotten right now so I doubt tomorrow morning will be the morning either. I need to get fit though - especially if I plan to play on an adult soccer team this spring. Ok, here it is - if I don't start this week waking up early and working out, I definitely will next week. I need you all to hold me to that too!
