The older I get, the more my legs are looking all webby like! Ack! I can remember being younger and looking at my mom's or my friend's moms legs and thinking "mine will never get like that". Ha! At the age of 36 they're starting to!
The Medical Spa in Phoenix can help. They specialize in vericose vein laser therapy, cellulite reduction, laser hair removal and even microdermabrasion treatment. I'm not even quite sure what that last one means but I bet I could use it. Their website lets you know exactly what they can do for you and the exact prodedure for each treament they offer. I have to admit some of their pictures make me squirm, but no one said beauty comes easy right? So, if you're looking to lose those spider veins or even to have laser hair removal Phoenix is the place to go!

I got an email the other day from the 2 Day saying it's never too early to start training and they're right! I need to either start walking outside (since the weather has been perfect walking weather lately - not too stifling hot) or take the clothes that are hanging off the treadmill and use that in the mornings. I need to come up with some sort of schedule. The email suggests walking at a pace of 3.5 miles per hour. That's so you can complete the full 26.2 miles on Saturday. Then you've only got 12.8 miles left on Sunday.

There is an online software program called Buildium which is there to help the workload of any property manager. It's a property management software and it will make life such a breeze for property managers all over! This software is an awesome online, comprehensive property management system that helps rental property and association managers work smarter. What it does is to streamline tasks from any computer which is connected online. The association addition helps to manage your community by creating and maintaining budgets, track association issues and to-do's, keep maintenance records, accept electronic payments and much more. The property manager edition helps to track financial records by property, accept electronic payments, create work orders online, give residents online access, and receive maintenance requests.
If you're not sure which edition is the right one for you, go to their homepage and click on the bottom where it says: "Find out which product is right for you". I think that's a great thing to have to help people out. It then lets you know if you're a property manager who manages rental properties, or condos or even homeowners associations, then the property management addition is it for you. But if you're a board member or trustee in a condo or home owners association that is self managed, then the association edition is what you'd need. Friends of ours used to run an apartment complex and how they did it without computers I don't know. It wasn't a huge complex but still. That's alot of work. But had they used this software, I bet it would have cut out their workload and any hassles by at least half.

I got this idea below from my February Avon Walk newsletter. Thought it was a cool idea.
Whether your enjoying Cupid’s favorite day with good friends or with a special someone, there are countless ways to use this fine holiday as a means to your fundraising! When you get a chance today, stop by the nearest convenience store and stock up on some on-sale candy. (Or maybe you still have candy left over from halloween or the holidays! We won’t tell anyone…) It doesn’t have to be specific to Valentine’s day, but one things for certain, chocolate’s always a treat. Next, using the template below or by creating your own, print out or write up “Telegrams”, cut them up, and stack them up. Then tomorrow, whether you’re at work, in a meeting, at school, or around town, shoot out an email or make an announcement letting everyone and anyone know that you are cupid for the day and have Valentine’s Day Candy Grams for sale! You can sell them for as much or as little as you want, but make sure you let every one know that the proceeds go torwards your walk! If you have any helpers on board, they can even deliver the candy grams to “secret admirers” for you!

Hawthorne Direct is definitely a place that can help your business out or get the word out of that new invention you just thought up and created. Infomercials can be a great way to advertise. I have actually bought a few things from watching an infomercial and I know some of my friends have as well.
The company Hawthorne Direct is a full service ad agency that specializes in creative productions. These creative productions, known as the TV commercial, are very creative and unique. They don't just do television commercials, they also specialize in long and short form infomercials and they are also into media buying. Some of the infomercials I've seen lately have actually been quite interesting. I'm wondering if they were produced by Hawthorne Direct.

I woke up this morning and Tristan, Caelie and Kieran came into my bedroom with hugs and kisses and a huge handmade card for Valentine's Day. Then, we all walked out into the kitchen for breakfast to find tulips, candy a card for mommy from daddy. What a guy he is! I called to thank him and he answered the phone "Happy Valentine's Day!".
Tristan's home sick with a fever and the stomach bug, but I need to run to the store for food and stuff quickly. He's missing his Valentine's party at school. :( |
