Yesterday I walked for an hour for the first time in a really long time. I've been so lazy with exercising that yesterday I just went and did it. And then after walking I did my 5 Day Abs DVD and today I'm feeling it. But it's a good feeling! It's knowing that I did something and I'm hoping I can just keep up with it. My problem is if I miss even one day I feel like a failure so then I quit. Something I shouldn't do - we all have bad days. Just have to know that the next day will be better and you'll get back to your working out routine! As in today - I was hoping to get up early and do aerobics. It didn't happen. I had to get up early so that the kids and I could be at their school by 8:45. They were having a volunteer breakfast for all of the volunteers so I had to go. Which meant all of us getting up earlier then we normally do and our routine being totally out of whack. I do plan on doing my 5 Day Abs tape at some point today so it won't be a total wash!
