It can be really scary when you're starting a new business. Whether it's a franchise or your own little boutique or even just an online store. But along with it being scary it can be so fulfilling and exciting as well. I'm in the process of doing my own little thing and I get such butterflies in my stomach everytime I think about it. Excited and scared butterflies.

My father has always wanted to start a franchise and is always gathering franchise information from different sources such as magazines, newspapers and the internet. I keep telling him he should definitely do it. He has the brains for business. But now that they just bought a new boat (which costs more then my house does) I think that idea is going on the backburner for now. Still, it's nice to dream about on gloomy days I'm sure.

I am SO excited to see this movie! It comes out May 30th and I'm just sad that my friend Kim doesn't live near me so we can go and watch it together! I so miss the show. But, I have the series (on my computer somewhere) so I could always burn it to disc and watch it and I already have Season 1. Hmmm, that's an idea. Whenever there's nothing on TV to watch I'll start watching old episdoes until it's time to go and watch the movie!!!

Anyone else out there psyched to see it too?

Mother's Day is upon us in just a few days and Sean was asking me what I'd like for Mother's Day from the kids and from him. I told him I want my car washed professionally inside and out for starters. I then told him I'd like to go to the beach either Saturday or Sunday. Then he asked me if I'd like to upgrade my cell phone to a newer one which would have more things to do on it like the Verizon Smartphone or something along those lines (I have the Razr right now). I told him no, because even though it would be an upgrade, I don't think that would be a free upgrade and we can't afford that right now. I would like some Cell Phone Accessories though. Like I could definitely use a car charger. I don't have one of those and I'm always forgetting to charge my phone at night so that would definitely come in handy! I could also use a case for it as well because it's getting scratched up pretty badly sitting in my pocket book day to day. (I even found a pretty pink one that would go with the pink phone I already have). I already have the Bluetooth headset but I haven't used it yet and I've had the phone now for over a year. Other then that, I'm pretty set when it comes to my cell phone.

I need to find new Make Up. I *think* the make up I'm using now is what's making my eyes itch and water. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm thinking it's the culprit. Originally I thought it was my allergies, but now I'm wondering if it's something else.

My friend was telling me about makeuptip.com where you can go and get tips on how to apply lipstick or eyeliner and it also gives you tips on skincare. They've also got links to age defying skin products which is something else I've also been meaning to look into. Living here in sunny Florida has made my skin look weathered and combine that with the fact that I'm 36 - well.....I need to start doing something.

Why not go and send a postcard then to PostSecret? I just found this blog off of another persons blog and I sat there and read all of them. It is such a great idea for a website/blog. I know I have a few I could send in and I just might. Every week he posts new secrets that he's gotten in the mail so they change on a weekly basis (I believe every Sunday). You can be certain this is one blog that I subscribe to.
